Appointments & Cancellations
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice (“no-show”) will incur a 100% appointment fee.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in future appointments requiring payment in full at the time of booking.
Consultation & Consent
Before any treatment is carried out, you will be required to complete an appropriate consultation and sign a consent form.
By signing the consent form, you confirm that you have been provided with relevant information regarding your proposed treatment, including its expected benefits, potential risks and possible side effects, and that you have had the opportunity to ask questions and raise any concerns.
While every effort will be made to achieve the best possible outcome, no specific clinical or aesthetic result can be guaranteed. Individual results vary from person to person.
Suitability for Treatment
Your safety and wellbeing are our priority.
All treatments are subject to an assessment of suitability. TLWS Aesthetics reserves the right to decline, postpone or recommend an alternative treatment where it is considered that a treatment may be unsuitable, contraindicated or unlikely to achieve an appropriate outcome.
Where treatment is not considered suitable, the reason will be explained to you wherever appropriate.
Anti-Wrinkle Treatment Review & Top-Up
A complimentary review may be offered approximately 14 days following anti-wrinkle treatment.
Where considered clinically appropriate, a top-up may be provided at the practitioner’s discretion and following assessment.
Any complimentary top-up applies only to the areas treated during the original appointment and is not an automatic entitlement. Additional or alternative treatment outside the original treatment plan may incur an additional charge.
Refunds
Due to the nature of the treatments provided, treatments are non-refundable once they have been carried out.
Where appropriate, any concerns regarding a treatment or its outcome should be raised with TLWS Aesthetics so that they can be assessed and addressed appropriately.
Before & After Photography
Before and after photographs may be taken as part of your treatment records and retained securely within your client file.
With your separate and explicit consent, photographs may also be used by TLWS Aesthetics for marketing and portfolio purposes, including the TLWS Aesthetics website and social media platforms.
You are under no obligation to consent to the use of your photographs for marketing purposes, and declining such consent will not affect your treatment.
General
By booking an appointment and proceeding with treatment, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with them.
TLWS Aesthetics reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where necessary. The applicable terms will be those in place at the time of your appointment.
